Processing Times

All orders are made to order and processed after purchase. Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing before your package ships.

During high-demand releases, holidays, or restocks, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery time after shipment is approximately:

United States: 4–6 weeks
International: 4–8 weeks

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or high order volume.

Pre-Orders & Limited Drops

Some items sold through our store may be considered pre-order or limited-release products. By purchasing these items, you acknowledge and accept the extended production and shipping timeline.

Orders containing pre-order items will ship once all items in the order are ready.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after the label is created.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your address, contact us as soon as possible before your order ships.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the shipping carrier. However, if you experience an issue with your order, contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the limited nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
